Father - A Day or An Occasion

I hope you all are enjoying your day . Usually as kids we all used to get excited for days like Mother's and Father's day . We all believed that this was the time when we could express our love and affection for our parents . But I suppose none of us gave it a thought that do our parents deserve to be treated nicely only on a specific day ?

We usually tend to ignore our fathers and take them for granted . One of it's cause is that we are scared of him . We can discuss about our problems with our mothers but talking to father is always scary and we avoid such circumstances where it may lead to conflict . But the thought is , why did we made it such a big deal . He is also our parent who can understand us and our problems .

A father is the person who may not show his love publicly for his children but will always worry for them . Even his anger is the act of love where he doesn't show his tenderness and weakness for his children . We usually misunderstand our parents and specially our father .

I am not at all opposing the matter of fact to celebrate this day . It is just this one thing which I always thought since childhood that why do we need to celebrate this day and love our parents for only a particular day .

I wish good health and high spirits to all the fathers .
