Managing our anger is the most difficult thing these days . People usually destroy their relations due to lack of anger management . We must keep certain things in our mind when we ought to take certain steps in anger :
TAKE A CHILL PILL -
We must relax our minds . Anger causes extreme displeasure and no one likes displeasure in their minds and surroundings . So why pollute and occupy our mind with anger ?
ANGER IS SHORT MADNESS -
Sometimes we don't even realize what we are becoming when we are angry . it is a different madness we all suffer from and sometimes makes us do certain acts on which we repent later.
A MINUTE OF ANGER DENIES YOUR 60 SECONDS OF HAPPINESS -
We must always keep this in our minds . Not only we're stuffing our minds with toxic things but also we are denying happiness .
OVERCOMING ANGER :
Try to be calm -
Be assertive (strong)
Non aggressive
Empathize
Learn to forgive
Guard yourself
Most importantly ...... Ask yourself a question :
"IS IT WORTH FIGHTING FOR ?"
HOW TO MANAGE ANGER :
1. Try deep breathing , positive self talk stopping your anger .
2. Although expressing anger is better than keeping in , it should be done in appropriate way .
3. Try to put yourself in other's shoes and think why he/she is angry .
4. Learn to laugh at yourself .
5. Practice good listening skills .
6. If you are patient in 1 moment of anger , you will avoid 100 days of sorrow .

1. Expression
2. Suppression
3. Forgiving
In the end I would like to say that anger is nothing but our inner insecurities and we have to conquer it before it dominates us and reflects in our personalities . we must not be slaves of our anger .
